Who can use Calm Start

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into these terms. Calm Start is for parents and caregivers, not children.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Use Calm Start for its intended purpose — personal parenting support.
• Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes another person's rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Start and JonnaDigitalCo are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
