Calm Start (a JonnaDigitalCo product) respects your privacy. This page describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide (email, display name).
- Child profile details you enter (first name, age, notes) to personalize coaching.
- Content you create in the app (chats, check-ins, saved plans, favorites).
- Basic product analytics (page views, feature use) to improve the experience.
- Billing metadata from our payments provider (Stripe). We never see full card numbers.
How we use it
- To personalize AI responses to your child's age and situation.
- To provide, secure, and improve the service.
- To communicate about your account (sign-in, password reset, subscription).
Sharing
We share data only with the vendors we need to run the service (hosting, database, AI provider, analytics, payments). Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your choices
- You can update your child profile at any time from the app.
- You can delete saved chats, plans, favorites, and check-ins from their pages.
- You can request account deletion via Contact.
Children
Calm Start is intended for parents and caregivers, not children. Please don't create an account for a child.
